“Tsuyu shabu chiriri” — One of our restaurant's most popular dishes
A shabu-shabu dish filled with white leeks and succulent pork seasoned with five-stage-fermented tsuyu sauce spiced with yuzu-red-pepper. This dish has a surprisingly light feel to it, and a deep and intriguing flavor you will love. It was even named one of the “Top 100 flavors for the gourmet” by a famous old department store.
At our restaurant, we use specially selected A5 certified Omi beef, which is of particularly high quality, even among the three major brands of Japanese beef. We particularly recommend our shabu-shabu and sukiyaki.
We also serve mini-steaks and a la carte items.
*Beef shabu-shabu can be changed to Sukiyaki.
